When will Fernando Torres' Atlético de Madrid B debut?

Betrayed Atlético Madrid and Seeks New Club: Fernando Torres, Disappointed

Atlético de Madrid incredulous at the failure of one of the players who decided to leave them for Real Madrid

It was the one that sparked the current battle between Real Madrid and Atlético de Madrid, the moment when the relationship began to sour significantly. So much so that today, except for cordiality, there is not the same relationship that was once known with the directors of the white team. Neither on Luis Aragonés Avenue nor on Concha Espina do they want to be even two meters (6.56 ft.) from their rival, and the beginning of this story was because of a youth player.

Jesús Fortea, the first on the list who switched sides in recent years, a war fueled by Real Madrid. Meanwhile, Atlético has not recently signed any footballer from the city rival. Real Madrid, meanwhile, has taken Fortea, Yeremaiah Ramos, and recently goalkeeper Sergio Mestre, although he was very short of minutes with the colchonero team.

Fortea was the one who decided, along with his agent, to leave the rojiblanco team to sign for the eternal rival, where they promised him he would become the future replacement for Dani Carvajal. They haven't fulfilled that promise, which is why he is considering leaving Real Madrid in June when his contract ends. Álvaro Arbeloa signed him for the Chamartín club and gave him responsibilities, although he has never been really close to debuting.

Ancelotti doesn't give him a place

It was thought that after Carvajal's injury, his moment had finally arrived, but Fortea has had to watch as Asencio, Jacobo Ramón, or the Aguado brothers have moved ahead of him. It's true they don't play in the same positions, but the white club has trusted them, not so with the Valencian who doesn't hide his enormous disappointment. Playing for Madrid was his dream, his entourage said, and after betraying Atlético where he was an important piece, it seems the move hasn't worked out entirely well for him.

His agents have been in contact with several LaLiga teams to offer the services of the promising young right-back. Some important teams, even from the European zone where Fortea can continue his career, Real Madrid wanted to renew him, but he has doubts. At the moment, sources close to the player admit that he is closer to leaving than staying, the lack of confidence from Carlo Ancelotti would be the great trigger.

Another departure on the way

The youth academy war, although it can't be called a war when the shots only come from one direction, continues its course. The next victim could be Gabriel Castrelo, who has everything advanced to sign for Real Madrid in the summer.

He finishes his contract with Atlético and the promising winger has chosen to leave for the eternal rival, which is why he is sidelined at the rojiblanco club.
